Jameditations

i created this using a keyboard, a shaker + medicine wand alongside teachings from 360 Days Walking the Red Road and intuitive guidance from Oracle of the Innocent Heart. the quote of the session was: “it is important not to get overly focused on our story and turn our story into history”. i used my crystal singing bowl + violet incense to activate crown chakra energy, clarity, which is good for higher awareness. this session seemed to tune into the collective thread, calling on pieces of a quilt woven together. releasing attachment to narrative and returning to interconnectedness. best for: crown chakra alignment energy clearing + recalibration. it’s important not to over-identify with the past, but to use memory to create history. what did u feel while listening? ✨

this is a c mixolydian jameditation. for this, I pulled a card about sacrifice. this one came thru really clearly when i read the book. sometimes creating a deep hole means you can plant a seed that will have deep roots. c aligns with the root chakra, to keep it grounded but still a lil wild n unresolved with the flat b. i went into it with the intention of release and letting go of what’s heavy, what’s outdated, what needs to be offered up so something new can come in. the hand drum is steady at times kinda like a heartbeat. root chakra anchors everything into the body. then the keyboard floats over it, intuitive, almost like a conversation between instinct n higher guidance. this wasn’t planned, just oracle-guided in the moment. every sound is intentional but also surrendered, trusting what wants to come thru instead of controlling it. i’m still working on accepting what i’m hearing especially vocally, but this was very fun!

this song is in the key of b, 486 hz, mantra om, om is the mantra of creation itself, b is for the crown chakra opening, enlightenment. my mala beads are bloodstone. for this meditation session i spent some time with chamomile incense, which is great for slowing down the mind.

the oracle i pulled for this was luminous warrior from the Mystical Shaman Oracle: “the luminous warrior has no enemies in this world or the next. he is impeccable in word and deed. he focuses on his light rather than on what he hides in the dark. since he casts no shadow, he is as radiant as the sun and can transform his most terrible enemy into his ally.”

jameditation is how i process emotions through sound. i pull oracle + tarot cards on a subject or moment, then use singing bowls and chakra frequencies to drop into that energy. from there i just freestyle—vocals, melodies, whatever comes up—while sitting with the feeling.

it’s really just letting myself feel something all the way through and letting it move out of me through sound. it’s not always perfect, and i don’t always know what to say, but i try to listen and stay open.

like a mix of meditation, music, and emotional release. kinda like… ringing the feeling out of my body.
